I love blogging, facebook, and e-mail-it has give me a chance to meet new people and reconnect with old friends both, but I love to receive mail and there is something about receiving a letter and saving it to pull out and read again years later that neither blogging or facebook or e-mail can replace. I came across this clip (after the commercial of course) that I thought was so touching-hope you enjoy it-get your tissues ready and then go write someone you love a letter today-who knows maybe 40 years from now they will pull it out to read it and remember all over again just how much it meant to them then and now!

Sniff, sniff ~ Thank you for sharing that precious clip! There really is so much power in the written word. I have some love letters that we found which my parents wrote. It seems that generation had such a romantic nature and a poetic flow to their words! Sigh! There is also something powerful to me about seeing the actual handwriting of a loved one, and holding it to my heart!
Happy Valentine's Day! xo
Happy Valentine's Day sweet...sweet...friend!
Your roses are B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L!!!
Beautiful roses....and the word on written words is coming up a lot lately...I do think we need to remember the pen and paper more and even getting something in the old fashion mail box....now who doesn't enjoy that....and I have a box of all my cards and letters from my hubby for the last 33 years...
Happy Valentine's Day!
awwww, words have such power don't they? Jesus was the word....it all begins with Him. ♥
